By commissioning me, you agree 100% with the terms stated in the T.O.S---General---• I have the right to decline any commission (a reason will be provided).• I have full rights over my artwork.• Please do not edit/modify any artwork without my consent.---Rights & Licenses---• Commissioners are allowed to use artworks for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.• To use any artwork for commercial use, please discuss with me prior to requesting any artwork. (NOTE - An additional fee % will be added for commercial rights).---Payment & process---• Prices are in USD (United States Dollar).• I only accept payments via PayPal.• If a PayPal invoice is not paid within 7 days of sending, your order will be cancelled.• Either partial or full payment is to be made before any work is started (this includes sketching).• No refunds.• Some pricing may change according to the complexity of work.• An extra charge will be applied for any major changes after final line work is completed.---Time frame---• The queue is listed on my trello. The regular wait time depends on the position in queue.• A rough ETA is the only time frame I'm able to provide as it does depend on the complexity of order & amount of work needed to be completed for each order.• If there are any personal or technical reasons I am unable to work on current orders, commissioners will be informed as soon as possible.
